An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until July 28, 2022
Make Parenting A Pleasure (MPAP) is a free parenting education workshop for all parents with children ages 0 to 17-years-old. We welcome and encourage 1st time parents and families who are pregnant to join too!
MPAP is a 13-session series, and it covers topics such as positive discipline, stress, coping strategies, anger management, child development, communication, and more.
We currently offer virtual classes through Zoom and we have several sessions starting soon.
Complete this interest form and a North Sacramento Family Resource Center staff member will contact you to give you more information and complete your registration.
Please note: You may only join within the first three sessions of the workshop.
