This group will provide a safe and judgement-free space for navigating current/past trauma, challenges, and barriers. The group will also provide support for healing, rebuilding, and creating a healthy social group looking forward. We will engage in activities that bring fun, laughter, and self-care to our wellbeing.
In order to attend this virtual group, participants will need to have updated family information forms and consents on file. A North Sacramento Family Resource Center staff member will contact you before your first session to schedule an appointment to complete these documents at our office.
Our virtual support group will be held on Zoom every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10am to 11am.
